Andrew Sage
font> - As Vice President of Worldwide Small Business Sales, Andrew Sage is responsible for leading all aspects of Cisco’s go to market strategy for Small Business, including channels, field coverage model and sales programs. Andrew and his extended team drive the Small Business sales number for Cisco and reach millions of small business customers through our channel partners, including VAR’s, Service Providers, Retailers and Direct Market Retailers (DMR).
Prior to this role, Andrew was the Vice President of Worldwide Channels Marketing. He was responsible for leading the global channel partner marketing initiative, in close collaboration with Cisco’s central marketing organization and global field organization. His focus was on communications, sales enablement and joint marketing initiatives that drive growth for Cisco’s channel partners. Andrew was also responsible for our SMB channel strategy, and our partner-focused solution selling initiatives.
Andrew joined Cisco in August, 1999 and has more than 15 years of networking industry experience. He brings a broad knowledge of the high tech industry to his current position, and has led several key initiatives to successfully introduce Cisco Systems into new markets.

George Sierchio - also know as The Consultant’s Coach, is an electrical engineer by formal education and a serial entrepreneur by nature. Before founding Action Business Partners, Inc. in 2003, George had over 11 years of experience owning and operating several successful businesses in a variety of technical and non-technical consulting and service industries. George has personally started 5 businesses from scratch as well as negotiated the buying and selling of businesses for himself and clients. Besides his coaching/advisory work to technology business owners, George is an accomplished speaker, guest university lecturer, frequently contributes to a variety of publications, and has a recently published book entitled B.Y.O.B- Build Your Own Business, Don’t Be Your Own Boss.

Jan Spring - Jan Spring is VP of Channel Development for eFolder, Inc. and is responsible for building the solution provider channel and support for the company’s award winning remote and local backup services. Matt Wilson - Director of Product Management, Agent Program, New Global Telecom - Matt Wilson brings over 14 years of telecommunication and product management experience to his role as Director of Agent Programs at New Global Telecom (NGT). Mr. Wilson has been a key player in the development of NGT's Agent program for SIP Trunking and Hosted PBX VoIP services.
Prior to joining NGT, Mr. Wilson was a member of Intrado’s product management team where he led the VoIP 911 product deployment and helped develop new strategies for the future.
