Harry Brelsford ("SMB & VoIP Dude") - Harry Brelsford is the CEO of SMB Nation (www.smbnation.com) from Bainbridge Island, WA. He is a long-time SMB channel partner who has served customers and mentored other partners (SMB Nation has over 35,000 tribal members who are SMB technology consultants). He oversees the popular SMB Nation worldwide events including Webinar, workshops and multi-day conferences. He holds an MBA (and numerous certifications such as MCSE, MCT, CNE, et al) and is the author of 17-books. He is also the publisher of SMB Partner Community magazine. His 20-years of SMB technology experience were supplemented by teaching 12+ years at night as an adjunct professor at Seattle Pacific University and other higher-learning institutions. Harry is a frequent speaker at industry events. Harry’s recent books include the Microsoft Response Point Primer and Microsoft Small Business Server 2008 Blueprint.

Prior to business school, she lived in San Francisco where she worked at Edelman Public Relations as a Senior Account Executive. During her time at Edelman, she represented various technology clients including Citrix, Symantec, Check Point, and Samsung. Bill Heinz - Bill is one of the founders of TampaBay DSL, an Internet Service Provider, and PBX-Change, a Hosted PBX Provider.

PBX-Change has been proving Hosted PBX services since 2005. Initially on the Sylantro platform, and more recently on the Broadsoft Broadworks platform, PBX-Change offers both retail services in the Greater Tampa area and wholesale services nationwide using a geographically redundant Broadsoft deployment with hardware in Tampa and Atlanta.

Chris Peluso - Chris Peluso, Director of Sales for U.S. & Canada for Kerio Technologies is responsible for driving the growth and strategy for Kerio’s messaging and security solutions for the SME market. He successfully manages Kerio’s sales engineers and channel managers throughout the region to support its extended network of value added resellers in North America. Since joining Kerio, Chris has led the team to a five times revenue increase through the channel and championed the worldwide adoption of CRM, leading to more efficient and effective partner communication. With more than ten years in the messaging and security markets, he has vast knowledge of the business challenges and the IT demands of organizations in the area of comprehensive networking solutions. Daniel Williams - Founder of Xpedeus, Inc and PinnaCall Technologies, LLC.

Daniel has a 22 year career of being a technology and process change evangelist. Starting at General Motors on the advanced IT staff in 1988, Daniel learned that true productivity gains from technology use comes through the refinement of business processes that use the technology. In 2001, Daniel founded Xpedeus Inc., a Microsoft Certified IT consulting firm. In late 2004 Xpedeus started developing and implementing a VoIP strategy to market to it's IT consulting clients. From 2005 until 2009, Business VoIP was a sideline to provide a bit of additional recurring revenue. In 2009 Daniel co-founded PinnaCall Technologies to specifically market and sell business VoIP solutions. David Schafran - David S. Schafran, President of Transformation Strategies (www.TransStrat.com), is a consultant working with MSPs, IT consulting and support companies to integrate or enhance managed services within their offerings, increase revenue, reduce service delivery costs and position their managed services to scale.

Schafran has developed a strong reputation in the managed services industry as a consultant and speaker through his work with a variety of MSPs and vendors, in managed services sales, marketing, operations and technology.  In 2008 and 2009 he was named to ‘The MSPmentor 250’, an annual listing of the top 250 executives and leaders shaping the managed services ecosystem.  His approach to managed services has influenced best practices in many aspects of the industry.

David Walker - David Walker, Worldwide Sales Executive for IBM Smart Business has worked with many small businesses in his 32 year tenure at IBM after graduating from Albany State University. With an extensive focus on business partners who deliver high value offerings to SMB, David excels at finding creative ways to service this unique market. Past experience has resulted in growing an SMB channel over 20%, David knows how navigate the inner workings of IBM to align the most suitable program to increase revenue without the administrative burden to partners .

As member of the IBM acquisition teams for Lotus, Informix, Cognos, David was responsible for integrating these new offerings into the IBM WW Channel Sales teams.

At 28, he was promoted to the post of Global Product Marketing Manager for NCR’s $2bn worldwide ATM business in Dundee, Scotland. He later became NCR’s UK Director for Massively Parallel Systems for the insurance industry and in 2000 he was recruited as CEO of an affinity marketing company. Jill Kerr - Jill Kerr is vice president of industry development at CompTIA. She is responsible for North American sales of CompTIA products and services, including membership, events and sponsorships.

Ms. Kerr has more than 20 years experience in the technology industry and has served in executive leadership positions in both non-profit and for-profit organizations. For 10 years, Ms. Kerr served as the President of The ASCII Group, Inc. the nation's largest buying group of independent computer resellers with system-wide sales of over $11 billion. In this position, she was responsible for managing the company’s sales and marketing programs as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization. During her tenure, The ASCII Group grew from 400 members to more than 2,000 members in the United States and Canada. Additionally, Ms. Kerr created and introduced ASCII’s popular Sales Boot Camp, a program for which she was profiled in Sales and Marketing Management Magazine.

Ms. Kerr has also previously served as the director of marketing for CompTIA, when she opened and ran the association’s first Silicon Valley office. She began her association career in the membership department of ADAPSO: The Computer Software and Services Industry Association. She has also served as the VP of Sales for two Internet ventures – eDeposit.com and LegalNotice.org.
