By now everyone knows that backup has changed. We’ve gone from tape backing up data only to the wonderful world of hardware independent image backup and restore.  Suddenly the options are endless. We can backup workstations incrementally, a whole server every 15 minutes, we can store them locally, on removable media, send it off-site or all three! But will your client pay for all of this wonderful new backup technology? How do you present it to them?
