Geek Givers Unite!

Many of us in the SMB Nation tribe have been more successful than we ever imagined. With that success, we have a strong obligation to make sure we leave a little behind. That is, hopefully we give more than we take. Success is a fantastic thing, but don't forget the great responsibility that comes with that success.

I try to give as I'm able - good times and bad. I found two things along the way. First, there are easy ways to give and not always financial in nature. Second, the more that I give, the more I get.

Last week my entire extended family joined together in the Central District in Seattle to CELEBRATE my mum's 80th Birthday. She asked that we donate a day to Habitat for Humanity to assist in building a home. We did so and you can see the results in this video snippet HERE.
