Any legacy system is eligible for the trade-in, including Mitel, Nortel, Avaya, Cisco, Ericsson, Fujitsu, NEC and more.

Trading in your old systems is brilliantly simple. Your reseller partner contacts one of the certified ShoreTel TIP partners, which are independent companies that purchase used equipment. The partner will bid on your old equipment. If the offer is accepted, your reseller handles the transaction.

The deal occurs between your reseller and the ShoreTel TIP partner, and the identity of your organization is kept confidential prior to the final sale. ShoreTel ensures that its TIP Partners are industry leaders and adhere to TIP policies and customer satisfaction standards.
