This is a SOHO storage device based on WHS that capitalizes on one of the "pillar messages" about using WHS for backups. The community discovered WHS is a fantastic backup device for small businesses running SBS. It's one of the central selling points for WHS and a message embraced by MVPs like Kevin Royalty. You might recall SMB PC magazine also spoke towards this topic in Aaron Booker's WHS article (See HERE and click the SMBPC Q3 2009 link).
The X510 provides automated backup for up to 10 clients PCs and Macs and background services such as folder duplication/data duplication and remote file sharing via Internet-accessible URLs.
