Attend.com recently released a free app for event coordinators to manage attendee check-in and seating. This app is currently available on iOS devices, with Android availability to come later in 2014.
“In today’s technology-driven world, event coordinators need more than checklists and exit surveys,” said Greg Skloot, co-founder of Attend.com. “Our free app gives them the resources they need to make the planning and organization stages easier, so they can host more successful events, no matter what their budgets.”
This application allows users to manage an unlimited number of attendees on an unlimited number of iOS devices. In addition, users may manage seating arrangements, full attendee lists (including registration changes) and the ability to quickly check-in attendees. Finally, this app can notify event coordinators of VIP arrivals.
