This morning, Birch Communications announced that it has completed the acquisition of Ernest Communications, which includes the accounts receivable, client base and all physical assets of the organization. This acquisition will allow Birch to provide services in all 50 states, as well as Canada and Puerto Rico.

This is the same approach that Ernest had taken in the past and we are thrilled to add all of their capabilities and expertise to the Birch umbrella!”
This will be Birch’s 19th acquisition since 2005.
