This morning, VaultLogix announced a new software integration with Continuum that will allow the company’s MSP customers to streamline their backup processes. In particular, the new integration will allow MSPs to monitor the VaultLogix Advantage Cloud Backup and Recovery Service via the Continuum RMM solution.
“The VaultLogix/Continuum integration allows our mutual MSP partners to take advantage of a powerful platform to streamline management of their clients’ cloud backups while simultaneously monitoring additional network endpoints through a single, web-based dashboard,” explained Zak Karsan, Vice President of Business Development for VaultLogix. “We are excited about our integration relationship with Continuum and our partners that can now receive automatic backup status alerts upon deployment of the VaultLogix Advantage Cloud Backup service.”
It was announced in the press release that MSPs must be mutual VaultLogix and Continuum partners to gain access to this software integration, the main bonus of which is that the Continuum monitoring agent will automatically generate a backup status alert for any end-user sites.
