Earlier this week, Dot Hill Systems Corp announced the expansion of their alliance program, as well as two new reference platforms for their OEM telecom customers. The company hopes to greatly expand their presence in the Telecommunications sector with these changes.
“The alliance program is designed to enable new solutions for this rapidly changing environment with Systems Engineering support and other resources,” said Jim Jonez, Senior Director of Marketing for Dot Hill, in a press release this week. In particular, Dot Hill said that they have made engineering, marketing and technical support available to application providers in their alliance program, which will help drive the development and adoption of the two new platforms.
The new reference platforms are designed for mobile messaging and network management/monitoring solutions, and are both powered by the company’s mid-level AssuredSAN devices, including the AssuredSAN4000 and AssuredSAN5000Pro. Dot Hill has made the solution briefs available at the site here.
