Earlier today, ECi Software Solutions announced that it has acquired SaaS RMM solution developer, Naverisk. This news marks another step in ECi Software’s mission to empower SMBs by offering a full range of services. Current Naverisk CEO, Jon Kalaugher, will remain on with ECi Software as President of the Naverisk division.

Joining ECi provides us with a framework for even more accelerated growth and the tremendous opportunity to create world-class solutions for MSPs,” Kalaugher said in a press release today.

As of this writing, ECi monitors over 6 million devices worldwide. The addition of Naverisk technology will help ECi push its offerings into the powerhouse category.
