This morning, Level Platforms announced that they have been named the 2013 Best Channel Vendor in the RMM category by Business Solutions Magazine. Over 3000 MSPs and VARs were surveyed for this year’s list.
There were 16 categories in total for this year’s list, which includes BDR, RMM and Payment processing. Respondents were asked to rank vendors based on their partner programs, innovation, product reliability, customer service and channel support. All criteria were ranked on a 1-5 scale. Level Platforms scored well across all sections to earn a 4.01/5 in the RMM category.
