Employer Flexible, a Houston, TX-based IT solutions and HR recruitment services provider recently announced that they have acquired Channel Dynamix, an integrated technology solutions company with a focus in business analytics. With this acquisition, Channel Dynamix will begin to operate in the greater Texas area as EmpactIT, an Employer Flexible company.
According to Employer Flexible Co-Founding Partner, Chris Dollins, the decision to acquire Channel Dynamix came from experience as a customer. “Once we used their services, we recognized that they were an industry leader with an unmatched offering. We knew our clients would be equally impressed,” said Dollins in a press release yesterday.
With the addition of Channel Dynamix, now EmpactIT, Employer Flexible is set to add a new portfolio of managed IT services to their offerings, including data analytics solutions. “In order to stay competitive and strong in this marketplace, Employer Flexible must be nimble and smart, and this acquisition underscores our dedication to being an industry leader and providing best-class offerings,” continued Dollins.
