StorageCraft Cloud Services, which allows companies to use offsite backup of servers for complete system and data disaster recovery, will now be offered to VARs who are Lifeboat and SYNNEX partners. Now, through these new partnerships, these VARs will be able to offer their end users, through StorageCraft Cloud Services, anytime, anywhere access to data and instant system failover in the cloud. The platform also provides users with options that range from instant virtualization to simple archiving, allowing organizations to meet business continuity requirements and the ability to always stay in control of offsite systems and data.
Currently, StorageCraft Cloud Services is available in the U.S. and Canada. The product is expected to be available to international customers later this year.
According to a press release issued by StorageCraft, the company’s Cloud Services product will be available through VARs on a prepaid basis and is offered in tiered options, allowing for further customization. The tiered options are:
· Cloud Basic: Archives critical business backup images.
· Cloud+: Includes everything in Cloud Basic, plus immediate file and folder recovery.
· Cloud Premium: Includes everything in Cloud+, as well as instant virtualization of data and failover in the cloud.
In addition, U.S. users may opt to have their data mirrored to a second data center for an additional layer of protection.
