TDS Telecom announced yesterday it achieved Platinum level status in the Polycom Choice Partner program for its fifth year. To qualify for this honor, TDS demonstrated expertise in handling project needs with exceptional service and quality solutions.
The organization credits this achievement to its relationship with its customers. “The Platinum designation is a testament to the partnership we’ve established with our customers,” said Matt Loch, vice president of Commercial Marketing at TDS. “By working closely with each of our customers, we’re able to really understand their needs and help them leverage the power of hosted VoIP technology.”
