Xerox said today that it is now working with CA Technologies to offer companies of all sizes subscription-based cloud services for monitoring the performance of business software and overall technology systems. These services can be delivered at basic, standard and advanced levels that are flexible and easy for clients to access.
Xerox has assembled a selection of services and products– both proprietary and through its network of partners – to offer clients an unmatched suite of cloud offerings. The Xerox-CA Technologies offerings do not depend on specific platforms, applications, hardware or devices.
According to a press release issued today by the companies, the Xerox cloud services are subscription-based and available at three service levels:
1. Application Availability. This proactive monitoring service provides visibility and assurance that applications are available while providing an early warning signal for infrastructure performance issues.
2. Application Performance Management Standard (APM Standard) helps companies execute simple “web pokes” and content checks via authentication services so customer-facing websites—and specific URLs are delivering particular content.
3. Application Performance Management- Advanced (APM-Advanced) includes the two offerings listed above while delivering the highest level of service: Monitoring and management of complex web applications in real-time production environments to detect problems before they impact a customer.
