Zoho is now offering the latest round of upgrades to Zoho CRM, the company’s online CRM. The new features start with BCC Dropbox, which lets users BCC customer emails to CRM in order to associate those emails to the related customer records inside Zoho CRM. Integration with Zoho LiveDesk brings customer support and customer information together. Custom Related Lists brings customer information from multiple sources, including third-party applications, into Zoho CRM, making it the central place to aggregate all your customer information. MailMagnet for Mobile brings the power of MailMagnet — email filtering based on active deals in CRM — to Zoho CRM iPhone, iPad and Android mobile apps.
Zoho kicked off 2013 with key productivity and mobility enhancements to Zoho CRM. Now, the company is following up with email upgrades for both the web and mobile versions of Zoho CRM, the addition of Custom Related Lists to extend Zoho CRM as well as integration with Zoho LiveDesk. According to a press releases issued by Zoho, the details of the new features include:
· BCC Dropbox enables users to send emails from their favorite email client and have them associated to the right customer record inside Zoho CRM. Users need to enter an email address in the BCC field of the emails sent to their customers. Zoho CRM copies these emails, including attachments, and associates them to the right lead or contact. The BCC Dropbox feature works across multiple email clients.
· Zoho LiveDesk allows businesses to support their customers in real time through live chat. With Zoho CRM integration, support agents can add Leads, Contacts, Notes and follow-up tasks in Zoho CRM — directly from Zoho LiveDesk. Chat transcripts from Zoho LiveDesk can be attached to the customer’s record in Zoho CRM. When existing customers request live support, Zoho CRM automatically pushes relevant customer information to Zoho LiveDesk.
· Custom Related Lists brings customer information from third-party applications and contextually adds it to a specific Lead, Contact, Account and other modules in Zoho CRM. Customer information can be aggregated from multiple Zoho apps including custom applications created in Zoho Creator. The power and flexibility of Deluge scripting extends Zoho CRM, allowing customers to aggregate information from multiple sources to provide a holistic view of customer information inside the CRM. Custom Related Lists offers a gallery of pre-built custom functions that integrate with Zoho and third-party applications.
· MailMagnet for Mobile is now available on Zoho CRM iPhone, iPad and Android mobile apps. MailMagnet intelligently scans users’ mailboxes and displays only emails from prospects and customers that are relevant inside CRM. The new Messages section in the mobile apps displays the filtered emails from relevant prospects and customers. Users can view and respond to customer emails from within the Zoho CRM mobile app and add follow-up tasks. Zoho CRM Mobile apps also added support for push notifications to alert users to new email received from customers or prospects.
The Zoho CRM integration with Zoho LiveDesk is available for all Zoho LiveDesk paid users. The BCC Dropbox feature is available for users of the Zoho CRM Professional and Enterprise Editions. Custom Related Lists is available for users of Zoho CRM Enterprise Edition. MailMagnet for Mobile is available for all Zoho CRM users with mobile add-on enabled.
