Datto Acquires Paradeon Technologies to Form Datto UK

Datto said today that it has acquired distribution partner Paradeon Technologies in order to further expand into the UK and EU markets. Marking

the first stop of an ongoing international expansion program, the UK site will include a dedicated office with sales, operations and marketing teams focused on the UK and broader EU sectors.As a result of this acquisition, partners will now gain access to enhanced UK-based technical support for the full suite of Datto devices and services, including RoundTrip drives. Furthermore, Datto is expanding its Partner training program and will offer Datto Academy classes at the Reading, Berkshire office. Datto UK’s cloud is based in the renowned Portsmouth PEER 1 Hosting Green Data Center, which conforms to European data protection and privacy laws.

Datto devices have been sold in the UK market for the last two years through distributor Paradeon Technologies, which is now officially Datto UK. As a result, solutions will now be resold through MSPs, VARs and IT Service Providers to end users.
