As an organization the IAITAM took a step back and looked at their processes, procedures, software, and overall organization.
Through the process they focused on streamline and getting rid of the bloat as we're coming up to our 20th anniversary. Watch as Dr. Barb shares with us what they accomplished in 2021 and what their plans are for 2022.

Dr. Barb Rembiesa
okay, backwards first. So this year, you know, everything was driven by COVID, I think was with us, as well as many other companies. Our theme for this year when we started out was kiss. That's been a theme for the employees all along, all through
Harry Brelsford
Kissing when it COVID, that they're keeping it simple.
Dr. Barb Rembiesa
Keeping it simple, keeping it simple. We just took really took a step back and said, Okay, let's look at our processes. Let's look at everything we're doing. And really streamline everything. And I gotta tell you, hairy, things get really bloated after a while, you know, we're coming up to our 20th anniversary. And there's so much that you don't need, it's like when you clean out your house, and you really see how much you don't need. And, you know, we're coming up on our last day tomorrow for the year. And everything that we've cleaned out, has just in were the service that we're able to give now is so much better. And the products that we're turning out is so much better. And all that bloat is gone. And we're just really excited about it and really excited to get to 22.
Harry Brelsford
Yeah, yeah, absolutely. What's on the menu for 2022? I think, may you have your live conference on the books? Yeah.
Dr. Barb Rembiesa
We're still we're still looking at Vegas for that, you know, we are watching the COVID numbers is, as is everybody, you know, we're having the little spike right now. So we're hoping that calms down. We have our 20th anniversary March 1. So, you know, I'm very excited about that, what a milestone for us in the industry, you know, for ITAM, there was no profession. And to think now, you know, I still call it the baby of business. You know, the, it is still the baby of business, but we're turning 20. So how excited, you know, so exciting. So, you know, that's gonna be a big milestone in the industry, as well as for ITAM. We may have a couple of courses coming out this year, which will be very good. And then just continuing to help companies out there through this time. And getting back to where they where they were, and helping them navigate. The it's still uncertain waters, because we were getting our footing and, you know, here comes a wave and we're not down again. And you know, we have a lot of members that are going back to work at home again, or the supply trains shortage that's happening, and just helping them navigate everything that's going on.
Harry Brelsford
