It all started at the SMB Nation 2005 Fall Conference where we launched a WW Small Business Server (SBS) tour and raised relief funds for those impacted by the late 2004 Southeast Asia Tsunami. We gifted the fund at the end of the tour in a small moment in Bangkok
Just days before the 2005 conference Katrina hit NOLA. We quickly elevated Jeff Middleton (lives in New Orleans) to a key note to rally MSFT MVPs and others to come to NOLA and assist in the recovery.
And the list continues: Harvey in Houston, the Maui fires and now the US SE that's been impacted by 2024 hurricanes.
