snom technology AG confirmed today appointment of Nadahl Shocair as CEO, following an announcement last week that HeidelbergCapital Private Equity Fund II
had become its anchor investor.

André Deloch, HeidelbergCapital partner and snom chairman of the board, said HeidelbergCapital is pleased with the potential for international development with Shocair as CEO.
Shocair, 53, has about 25 years of experience in the ICT sector, which includes positions throughout the United States and Europe. His global experience mirrors continuing expansion of snom.
