Passportal recently announced that it will be making strategic enhancements to both its product development and team. This organization, based in Alberta, is a provider of secure and audited password management, with an MSP partner base of over 500 worldwide.
What’s driving this expansion? Well, Passportal representatives said that there has been a growth in the trend of RMM companies who are acquiring password management companies. According to Passportal CEO, Colin Knox, this has “shone a much needed spotlight on the importance of password security, management and control.”
On the product development side, Passportal is working to add Connectwise integration into its offerings, which would be similar to the organization’s current integration with Autotask. In addition, Passportal is working to develop additional integrations and more features in the coming months.
Finally, Passportal has added Dan Wensley, Channel Chief, to their team in an advisory role. With twenty years’ experience in the channel, Dan will be working to help Passportal further develop its partner community. “We are excited to welcome Dan to the Passportal team,” said Colin Knox, “His track record and reputation speaks for itself in the industry, we couldn’t have a better partner to assist us in reaching and helping more Solution Providers better manage their password security.”
