Earlier this week, RapidFire Tools, Inc. announced that it has added multi-lingual functionality to its Network Detective IT assessment tool. To be specific, users may now prepare and run reports in Canadian French and Spanish. RapidFire Tools added this functionality after seeing a growing international customer base. Interestingly enough, this growing international trend is something that we have seen as well at SMB Nation.
I was able to speak with RapidFire Tools, Inc. President, Michael Mittel, today, and he went through the new languages available (Canadian French and Spanish) as well as plans for Italian, German and Portuguese report versions to be released later this year as the company prepares to expand into the global market. As part of this expansion, RapidFire Tools has been actively looking for distribution partners around the world.
“No matter where you are as an MSP, you face the same challenges and have the same basic needs to provide excellent service to your customers,” said Michael in our interview.
Beyond helping the MSP, having reports in native languages also helps the customer better understand their network health report, whether they reside inside or outside of the US.
