Today, NETGEAR, Inc. announced the general release of its ReadyRECOVER solution, which is an addition to the company’s ReadyDATA unified storage platform. NETGEAR actually utilizes StorageCraft Technology Corporation’s ShadowProtect technology to ensure an easy-to-use platform for SMBs.

With the ReadyRECOVER solution, SMBs may complete space-efficient backups of servers, laptops, and desktops every 15 minutes. With the addition of the StorageCraft ShadowProtect software, each save point acts like a full recovery point. Additional features of ReadyRECOVER include:
- Snapshots capture the entire system, including the Windows operating system settings and data for a seamless recovery.
- Full backups are in VHDX format and can be restored to either a physical or virtual machine.
- No file conversions needed for restoration.
