StorageCraft Technology Corporation, backup and disaster recovery solution leader, and Connectwise, business management platform provider, announced earlier this week availability of a new integration module.
The module allows managed service providers (MSPs) to automate billing by mapping and synchronizing data from the StorageCraft MSP porta and StorageCraft Cloud Services with the Connectwise business management platform.
“In addition to quickly and reliably accessing their customers data and systems after an IT disaster, the integration module sets the stage for reduced overhead costs for Connectwise partners with an accurate and automated billing process,” said Brandon Nordquist,vice president of product management at StorageCraft.
Connectwise and StorageCraft MSP partners hoping to enable the integration module can do so by logging into the StorageCraft MSP portal.
The module is currently only available in the United States and Canada.
